Before any new thing comes along, there is the dream. Someone has to have that dream, the one who sees a better way to do it, and is not afraid to try new things. Then the dream has to be visualized and shared, by people who can turn it into something more than just a dream. Sometimes it takes a few tries, but this is where the Creators come in. When they have the dream turned into something even better than what even the Dreamer imagined, it’s time to bring in the Branders, who take one look and make it all their own. Then, finally it is turned over to the Pitcher who gets it out there and shows everyone else how amazing this new thing truly is. And everyone wonders... "How did we ever get along without it?"
